These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WizardCore (“the Bot”), operated by Wager Wizards, including related websites, dashboards, and APIs when available. By adding or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WizardCore is a Discord bot that provides community management tools such as ID management, payment/vouch tracking, moderation utilities, logging, raffles, triggers, and related features. Features available in a server depend on server configuration and permissions.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. If you use the Bot on behalf of a server or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that server or organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Use the website or API to access data belonging to other users without authorization.
- Share API keys publicly or use them in an insecure manner.
- Misrepresent payments, vouches, IDs, or moderation records.
4. Server administrator responsibilities
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately, granting permissions only to trusted staff, and ensuring use of the Bot complies with applicable laws and Discord policies.
5. Payments, vouches, and IDs
The Bot may record payments, vouches, stake/platform IDs, and cryptocurrency addresses as configured by server staff. Wager Wizards provides tooling only and is not a payment processor, bank, escrow service, or guarantor of transactions between users or servers. Users and server staff are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of financial and account-related information entered into the Bot.
6. Website and API access
If website or API access is offered, you may authenticate with Discord and/or API keys to view your own Bot data. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account or API keys. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access for abuse or security reasons.
7. Availability and changes
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, to maintain security, comply with platform rules, or improve the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot and related services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wager Wizards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Bot, website, or API.
10. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Bot, website, or API if you violate these Terms, Discord’s policies, or applicable law. Server administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
